Executive Chef Rodrigo Murano hails from the city of Holguin, located at the intersection of Eastern and Western Cuba. Drawing inspiration from his culinary heritage, he has crafted a range of signature Cuban experiences at La Alameda Boutique Hotel in Havana. After excelling at the renowned Cuban Royal Culinary College, Chef Murano received an advanced certificate and a bronze medal in culinary arts. As Executive Chef, he brings a vision of excellence and innovation to the culinary offerings at La Alameda.
