Please review the following policies to ensure a seamless experience: Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in requests are accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out requests are subject to additional charges. Departures after 6:00 PM will incur a full night's charge. Rates & Reservations Rates are subject to change. Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room and must present valid identification upon check-in. Cancellation & Refund Policy As a boutique hotel, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to accommodate other guests. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy: For refundable reservations, cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged the full stay, including taxes. Early departures are non-refundable. Non-refundable bookings are final. In the event of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Group Bookings (3 or More Rooms) For parties reserving three or more rooms, the full cost of the booking is required in advance. Cancellations or modifications made at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications within 60 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a 90% charge of the total reservation amount.
